Sales Policy:

All animals are sold in a first come first serve basis.  A 50% (non-refundable) deposit is required to hold any animal from sales list. If after 60 days the balance is not paid in full the animal is then placed back on sales list and deposit is retained, no refunds or credit is given in these cases.  Payment plans can be worked out in advance in contract form. No animal that has a balance due on it will be taken from property.  All animals will remain on sales list until payment is received in full. Wait list of back up buyers will be taken if there is more than one buyer interested in an animal.
